preparation | step 1: saponification reaction. The naphthenic acid and 12% sodium hydroxide required for the reaction are added to the reactor according to the molar ratio of 1:0.98~0.995, the stirrer is started, the temperature is heated to 90~97 ℃, and the reaction time is 2~3h. In the experiment, the separation of oil phase and soap phase after saponification reaction is realized by natural sedimentation, and it needs to be left for about 30min after saponification. If the effect is not obvious, salt can be added for salting-out treatment before separation. The reaction is as follows: Step 2: Metathesis reaction. The molar ratio of the reaction is sodium naphthenate NiC1.6H2O = 2:0.98. The NiCI.6H2O aqueous solution is added dropwise to the saponification solution, and the stirrer is started. The temperature is maintained at 90~97 ℃, the dropwise time is 1.0~1.5h, and the reaction is continued for 2h after dropwise addition. Step 3: Post-processing process. Nickel naphthenate was made through the second step, but it contains more inorganic salts (mainly NaCI, etc.), which need to be washed and removed. However, the viscosity of naphthenate is relatively high. In order to make it easy to wash and delaminate, maintain a certain temperature and add a certain amount of solvent to dilute (toluene or xylene). Wash with water for 2 or 3 times. After the water washing is finished and the water purification layer is side by side, dehydration and desolventization are carried out. Because the stability of various naphthenates is different, the temperature and end point of dehydration and drying are generally controlled at 80-120qE. |
