Preparation Method:
The preparation method of (1R,2R)-(-)-N,N'-dimethyl -1,2-cyclohexanediamine dihydrochloride can be carried out by the following steps:
1.1,2-cyclohexanedialdehyde and dimethylamine are reacted in an appropriate solvent to generate N,N'-dimethyl -1,2-cyclohexanediamine.
2. Reaction of N,N'-dimethyl-1, 2-cyclohexanediamine with hydrochloric acid to obtain (1R,2R)-(-)-N,N'-dimethyl-1, 2-cyclohexanediamine bis-hydrochloride.
