collect the flowers of osmanthus trees (including silver and cinnamon) with the age of more than 10 years, and process them in time, or use the pickling solution (water: Salt: alum = 100:30:3) wet, put into the cylinder, then fill up the pickling liquid, compact sealed storage, when processing, take out the osmanthus, rinse with water, filter dry, then processing. Osmanthus fragrans extract processing using drum-type extraction machine, the solvent for petroleum ether, flower and solvent ratio of 1:2 (mass). After 2H of leaching, it was washed twice. The leaching solution and the first washing solution are combined to clarify and separate the layer of moisture, pollen and other impurities, and then enter the atmospheric pressure concentrated pan, concentrate at a temperature not exceeding 70 °c to a solids content of 2-2.5% and recover petroleum ether. The concentrate was then cooled, filtered, clarified for 30min, concentrated under reduced pressure, and most of the petroleum ether was recovered at 50-55 °c. After the crude extract is obtained, anhydrous ethanol is added for extraction, and then the ethanol is removed by vacuum distillation, and the sweet osmanthus net oil can be obtained.
can be used as the main fragrance of osmanthus fragrans, and can also be used as the coordinating agent of violet, acacia and other flavors. As a high-grade natural perfume, it is widely used in flower flavor, mainly for high-grade cosmetic flavor, and also a small amount of soap and food flavor.
