Name | Polyacrylic Resin |
PP has advantages such as chemical resistance, heat resistance, electrical insulation, high-strength mechanical properties, and good high wear resistance processing performance.
Mechanical properties: PP has good mechanical properties, high tensile strength and rigidity, and good gloss.
Electrical performance: PP has excellent electrical insulation performance, and the influence of environmental and electric field frequency changes on its electrical performance is not significant. It is an excellent dielectric material and electrical insulation material, and can be used as a high-frequency insulation material.
Thermal performance: PP has good heat resistance and can be used at temperatures above 100 ℃. It can reach up to 120 ℃ under light load and up to 120 ℃ for continuous use under no-load conditions. The short-term use temperature is 150 ℃.
Chemical resistance: PP has good chemical corrosion resistance and is insoluble in any solvent at room temperature.
