Molecular Formula | C29H20IN7Na2O12S3 |
Molar Mass | 927.58 |
Physical and Chemical Properties | Dark brown powder. The solubility in water (50 °c) was 80g/L. The aqueous solution was colored red in paste, and the color remained unchanged after adding 1mol/L sodium hydroxide solution. The water was gradually changed from light red to colorless after adding sodium hydrosulfite and warming, and the color could not be restored to the original color after adding sodium perborate. In concentrated sulfuric acid was purple-black, diluted purple, and precipitation. In concentrated nitric acid was red paste, diluted is still red paste, but there is precipitation. |
Use | Used for dyeing cotton, viscose and other fabrics |
Raw Materials | n-Butyric acid 4-Aminobenzoic acid |
Application | reactive red brown K-B3R is suitable for direct printing of cotton, viscose fibers and fabrics, and discharge printing suitable for light ground color. Also used for silk, hemp dyeing. used for dyeing cotton, viscose and other fabrics |
production method | with anthranilic acid, J acid, cyanuric chloride and p-(2-sulfated ethyl sulfone) aniline as raw materials, first, O-aminobenzoic acid is diazotized, coupled with J acid, and then oxidized and complexed with chromium sulfate, sodium acetate and hydrogen peroxide. A first condensation of cyanuric chloride with P-(2-sulfated ethyl sulfone) aniline and a second condensation with the above complex is then carried out to give the product. After salting out, filtration, drying to obtain the finished product.. |
