The first condensation product was reacted with 9.7kg of ethylenediamine (100 °c) at 30-35 °c for 6h to give a second condensation product. In the third condensation pot first add 400L ice water, 0 ℃, add all the chlorosulfonated filter cake, beating 20min, slowly add 10-20kg of sodium bicarbonate (Industrial), adjust pH = 6-7, several times to add ammonia (about 22L), heated to 15-20 ° C., 1H. The second condensation product was then added, warmed to 30-35 °c, added dropwise with 10% sodium hydroxide solution, adjusted to pH = 9-10, and incubated for 4H, then with 18% hydrochloric acid (about 10-30kg). pH = 6.5-7 was adjusted. Finally, 25%-30% of the volume of the reaction mass is added to the refined salt for salting out, and the product is filtered. After drying, grinding, and mixing with the powder, it is the finished product. |
