| Physical and Chemical Properties | Rosin glyceride, also known as ester gum, is made from Rosin and glycerin after esterification, after vacuum treatment to make irregular transparent block, Flake or granular solid, the lighter the color, the better the quality. The edible Rosin glyceride is a rosin-based glyceride produced by esterification of refined Gum Rosin and food-grade glycerol, and has a pale yellow transparent solid appearance. Food-grade Rosin glycerides, which meet the national standard GB10287-88 and GB2760-86 of China, can be safely used in food.
