The preparation method is as follows: adding hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene solution with concentration of 5-40% to solution A containing sodium p-hydroxybenzenesulfonate and acid binding agent to prepare intermediate hexachlorobenzenesulfonate cyclotriphosphazene; cobalt nitrate hexahydrate was mixed with sodium hexafluorohydroxybenzenesulfonate cyclotriphosphazene and dissolved in solvent B, denoted as solution C; 2-methylimidazole was dissolved in solvent B, denoted as solution D. Solution C and solution D were mixed to obtain the desired flame retardant by self-assembly. The flame retardant of the present invention was added to epoxy resin, polypropylene and polycarbonate, and showed good flame retardant and smoke suppression effects.

Abstract:
GA-SHBS copolymer was prepared by free radical copolymerization of Gallic acid (GA) and sodium p-hydroxybenzenesulfonate (SHBS) catalyzed by horseradish peroxidase (HRP)/H2O2 in water. The effects of the system pH, the amount of HRP, the reaction time and the ratio of the amount of monomer on the polymerization were studied. The best experimental conditions were obtained as follows: the pH of the system was 7.5, the amount of peroxidase was 3 mg,n(GA): n(SHBS) was 1: 1, the best performance of the product was obtained when the reaction time was 4 h. The structure of the product was characterized by FTIR and NMR, and the mechanism of monomer copolymerization and the mechanism of the combination of the product and the fiber were put forward. The product was applied to leather tanning, and the results showed that it had good dissolution permeability, tanning performance and selective filling. Leather shrinkage temperature can reach 75.6 ℃, leather body is soft, good uniformity, grain is flat and fine and no plastic feeling.
