1. Put Span-6060kg and Tween-6090kg into the reaction kettle in sequence and stir evenly. Gradually add 850kq mineral oil within 0.5h and stir for 0.5-1.0h. Take 31.8% of this liquid, add 68.2% water, quickly stir evenly, and continue stirring for 0.5-1.0 hours to prepare the finished product.
2. Put 40 portions of the mixture into the reaction kettle, add 100L of water, heat to boiling to dissolve the mixture, and slowly add 80 portions of sodium alkyl sulfonate (No. 601). Quickly stir until milky white. Then, within 15 minutes, add 320 parts of the spindle oil dropwise, stir while adding, and finally add water to 1000 parts. Mix well to obtain the finished product.
3. Put 70kg of No.7 spindle oil and 20kg of oleic acid into a reaction kettle in sequence, heat them to 60-80 ℃, and keep them warm for 20 minutes under stirring. In addition, put 10kg of triethanolamine into a dissolution tank and add 30kg of water to dissolve it. Slowly add triethanolamine aqueous solution to the reaction kettle under stirring, and keep it at 60 ℃ for 0.5~1h to prepare the finished product.
4. Put 6kg of polyoxyethylene castor oil, 30kg of Taikoo oil, and 10kg of spindle oil into the reaction kettle in sequence, and mix well. Add 290kg of spindle oil and 225L of water dropwise, and stir for 40min to obtain the finished product.
