In vitro study | Norwogonin (0.4, 2, 10, and 50 μg/mL; 48 hours) inhibits EV71 replication in Vero cells and prevents the cytotoxicity induced by EV71 infection. Norwogonin (50 μg/mL; 48 hours) dramatically decreases viral VP2 protein expression. Norwogonin (50 μg/mL; 48 hours) strongly decreases the expression of EV71 NCR gene at 48 h. |
