1. Add 220 parts of 30% hydrochloric acid to the acid resistant tank, then add 80 parts of water and stir thoroughly. Add 100 parts of chromium trioxide at room temperature and stir until completely dissolved. To be used.
2. Add 250 parts of isopropanol and 25 parts of 30% hydrochloric acid to the reactor, and slowly add the above solution when heating to 60-65 ℃. After adding, heat up to 70 ℃ and reflux for about 1 hour. Add 175 parts of stearic acid and reflux for a few more hours. Measure the endpoint (dilute a certain amount of sample with 500 times water, without the presence of white stearic acid as the endpoint). After reaching the endpoint, cool to 30 ℃, add 50 parts of isopropanol, and stir well to obtain the finished product.
Do not come into direct contact with the skin. Place in a cool warehouse. Cannot be mixed with flammable materials for transportation. It cannot be mixed with acids and oxidants.
