Physical and Chemical Properties | A colorless orthorhombic crystal or white microcrystalline powder has a small refractive index and high transparency. The apparent density is 0.8 to 1g/cm3. Soluble in inorganic acid, acetic acid, ammonia, ammonium salt solution; Insoluble in ethanol; Almost insoluble in water, its solubility decreases with increasing temperature. When heated to 100 °c, two water of crystallization are retained, and the water of crystallization is lost at about 250 °c to form an anhydrous substance. It is deliquescent and corrosive. |
Use | Electroplating industry for the production of ferrous metal anti-corrosion treatment, but also used as a metal surface treatment agent, the ceramic industry as a colorant is a new non-toxic anti-rust pigment. It is used as the base material of various coatings such as alkyd, phenolic, epoxy resin, etc., and also used in the production of non-toxic anti-rust pigments and water-soluble coatings. It is also used as a flame retardant for chlorinated rubber and synthetic polymer materials, and can also be used as dental impression materials. |
Raw Materials | Phosphoric acid Zinc oxide |
White triclinic crystals or white coagulate. The melting point was low and decomposition began at 100 °c. Soluble in water and decomposition, soluble in acid and alkali. Corrosive, deliquescent. Stable in air at room temperature.
zinc oxide method: Phosphoric acid is added into the reactor, zinc oxide is added under stirring at 100~120 ℃ to react, and zinc dihydrogen phosphate is concentrated at 130 ℃, cooled and crystallized, and centrifuged, finished zinc dihydrogen phosphate was obtained.
It is used as the anticorrosion treatment of ferrous metal parts in electroplating industry, and its performance is better than that of manganese dihydrogen phosphate. It is also used as an anti-rust phosphating agent for metal surfaces. Used as a colorant in the ceramic industry. Used as a clarifier in the glass industry.
packed in iron drum lined with two-layer polyethylene plastic bag, net weight per barrel 50kg; Packed in wood drum lined with two-layer polyethylene plastic bag, net weight per barrel 40kg. Should be stored in a cool, ventilated, dry warehouse. Packaging must be sealed and moisture-proof. Stay away from heat sources and fire types. Transport should be protected against rain and sun exposure, high temperature. During loading and unloading, care should be taken to prevent package breakage. Fire can be suppressed with water, sand, and carbon dioxide.
