put 1 mol phenol into the reaction kettle, add 0.75kg of catalyst resin, add 2 mol of C8 ~ C9 olefin under stirring, raise the temperature to 140 ℃, reflux for 8 h, cool down, press into the distillation kettle, vacuum, and cut the alkyl phenol fraction at 220 Pa. Then the alkylphenol is added into the condensation kettle, 2.6kg of sodium hydroxide is added as catalyst, heated and melted, the air in the kettle is replaced with nitrogen, the air is driven out, ethylene oxide is started, the reaction temperature is controlled to 150~160 ℃, and the reaction pressure is 0.2~0.3 MPa. When the reaction reaches 9 mol of ethylene oxide, the hydroxyl value is measured by sampling, and the condensation reaction is completed when the hydroxyl value reaches 70~80 mgKOH/g. The feed liquid is neutralized, the pH value is adjusted to 5.0~7.0 with acetic acid, and the temperature is lowered and the package is packed.
