Abstract:
in order to explore the stability of calcium bicarbonate, the experiment was carried out by reacting sodium bicarbonate with calcium chloride and controlling the concentration, and by adding sucrose and controlling the freezing conditions. And the use of chemical titration method for detection, the experimental results show that calcium bicarbonate can only exist at a low concentration in solution, adding low concentrations of sucrose can also increase the content of calcium bicarbonate, more than a certain concentration will be in the form of calcium carbonate analysis.

Abstract:
A device for spraying water mist of calcium bicarbonate to improve the environment of the formation of the stalactite, which is a device for improving the ecological environment of the cave, next to the calcium hydrogen carbonate pool, a filtering device and a booster pump are arranged in turn. The water conveying pipe is connected and fixed between the calcium hydrogen carbonate pool, the filtering device and the booster pump respectively, and the fixed water conveying pipe is arranged around the stalactite at the top of the cave, and the water mist nozzle for injecting calcium bicarbonate water is arranged on the water pipeline in alignment with the stalactite, then, the water pipeline is connected and fixed with the water pipeline and the booster pump at the top of the cave, respectively, to form a device for injecting calcium bicarbonate water mist to improve the environment of the formation of the milk stone. The device uses the calcium hydrogen carbonate aqueous solution to spray on the surface of the stalactite through the water mist nozzle, so that the water mist of calcium hydrogen carbonate attached to the surface of the stalactite can solve the technical problem of reducing the environmental humidity, and generate new stalactite to improve the landscape value.

Abstract:
A method for preparing calcium bicarbonate from carbide slag, comprising the following steps:(1) purification treatment;(2) Effective calcium liquefaction and impurity solidification;(3) solid-liquid separation;(4) crystallization after homogenization of the stabilizer. The invention can effectively remove poison and eliminate odor, efficiently remove impurities in carbide slag and is easy to use, has simple process flow, is convenient for automatic control of production line, has less equipment investment, has no hidden danger of secondary pollution, and has low production energy consumption, the product quality is good, the purity is greater than or equal to 97%, and the main raw material is only the CO captured by the industrial waste residue carbide slag and the carbon capture and emission reduction project
overview | calcium bicarbonate, chemical formula Ca(HCO3)2, relative molecular mass 162.06, is obtained by dissolving calcium carbonate in carbon dioxide aqueous solution, soluble in water, unstable, and decomposed by heating to form stalactite or scale; and alkali can produce normal salt. |
synthesis method | method 1 dissolves calcium chloride dihydrate in acetone to make the concentration reach about 15mmol/L, and then adds triethylamine to the equal volume of acetone to the concentration of about 37.5mmol/L. After being mixed evenly, sufficient carbon dioxide gas is introduced into the solution containing triethylamine. After that, the two solutions are mixed under stirring, and the supernatant is removed after being centrifuged to generate white turbidity. High purity calcium bicarbonate powder can be obtained by volatilizing the solvent at dry room temperature. Method 2: New slag (37.9% moisture content, odorous smell, gray black) of wet acetylene calcium carbide slag from a salting enterprise, commercial canned liquid carbon dioxide, commercial chlorine dioxide oxidant, and commercial triethanolamine and sodium bicarbonate are selected as the stabilizer. Calcium bicarbonate is prepared from calcium carbide slag according to the following steps:(1) Purification treatment: at room temperature of 10 ℃ and normal pressure, the calcium carbide slag is made into suspended slurry with a water/solid ratio of 7:1, chlorine dioxide oxidant (dosage is 0.01% of the mass of carbide slag) is added dropwise under continuous stirring until the odor is completely eliminated;(2) Carbonic acid liquefaction and impurity curing: the non-toxic suspended slurry obtained in step (1) is placed in a pressure stirring tank, carbon dioxide is pressed into a pressure stirring tank at 10 ℃, and the carbon dioxide pressure in the pressure stirring tank is maintained for 1.2h to obtain a mixture;(3) solid-liquid separation: the mixture obtained in step (2) is filtered and separated under the condition of maintaining a carbon dioxide pressure of 1.0MPa ~ 3.0MPa to obtain filter residue and filtrate; the filter residue is detected as a complex mixture containing carbon and inorganic compounds such as silicon, aluminum, iron, etc., without peculiar smell, It can be directly used as a raw material for the production of cement and building materials products; the filtrate is a supersaturated solution of Ca(HCO3)2;(4) The stabilizer crystallizes after homogenization: after the stabilizer triethanolamine (dosage is the mass 0.55% of the filtrate) and sodium bicarbonate (dosage is the mass 0.8% of the filtrate) are added into the filtrate obtained in step (3) under the pressure state of 1.0MPa ~ 3.0MPa to the normal pressure, the pressure of carbon dioxide in the draining tank is 1.0MPa ~ 3.0MPa to the normal pressure, and the obtained mixed solution is allowed to stand for 3 hours at the normal pressure of 5 ℃, crystallized and filtered to obtain calcium bicarbonate solid. |
preparation method | 1. when calcium carbonate encounters carbon dioxide and water, chemical erosion occurs to generate soluble calcium bicarbonate. equation: CaCO3 CO2 H2O = Ca(HCO3)2 in addition to CaCO3 as raw material, it is also possible to select Ca(OH)2 solution. the equation is as follows: ca (OH)2 CO2 = Ca(HCO3)2 2. Industrial shells and rocks rich in calcium carbonate salt are used as raw materials for extraction and preparation;(1) twist, burn, dissolve, filter, take liquid and collect gas (gas will be generated during heating, mostly CO2);(2) Heating and concentrating until saturated and precipitating;(3) Excessive CO2 is introduced, until a large amount of crude finished products are precipitated, CO2 is continued to be passed to collect the crude finished products;(4) Re-dissolution, recrystallization and purification. Relevant equation: CaCO3 = CaO CO2 CaO H2O = Ca(OH)2 Ca(OH)2 CO2 = CaCO3 H2O CaCO3 CO2 H2O = Ca(HCO3)2 |
