Abstract:
sodium monoester diethanolamine salt of lauryl alcohol Sulfosuccinate was synthesized by esterification and sulfonation using lauryl alcohol and maleic anhydride as raw materials, ammonium ion instead of sodium ion was introduced into sulfonating agent sulfite. Through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment, the optimum technological conditions are obtained as follows: n (maleic anhydride):n (lauryl alcohol) is 1.05:1,n (maleic anhydride):n (sodium bisulfite) the reaction temperature of esterification and sulfonation were 65 ℃ and 1.03 ℃, respectively. The reaction time of esterification and sulfonation was 82.5 h, under these conditions, the esterification rate and sulfonation rate could reach 96.89% and 93.74%, respectively. The results showed that the surface tension of the product was 37.16 mN/m, the critical micelle concentration was 0.044g/L, the emulsification water separation time is 5.16 min, the foaming height is 13.94~14.60 in 5 min, the foam stability is 95.5%, the LSDP (calcium soap dispersion performance) value is 111.52, compared with other commonly used surfactants, the product has excellent surface activity.
