Abstract:
sodium methylenedinaphthalene sulfonate (NNO) in acidic medium was studied by electrochemical cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical quartz crystal microbalance (EQCM). Effects of Cl-on Anodic stripping and Cathodic Deposition processes of copper. The results show that the presence of NNO and Cl-alone can inhibit the copper Anodic stripping and Cathodic Deposition Process, but when NNO and Cl-co-exist, however, the effect on Anodic stripping and Cathodic Deposition of copper is small.

Abstract:
because the traditional production process of methylenedinaphthalene disulfonate uses excess sulfuric acid in the sulfonation process, the conversion rate of raw materials is low, the content of sodium sulfate in the product is large, the precipitate is large, and the production energy consumption is high. To this end, the traditional process was improved by adding water-carrying agent in The sulfonation process, and the molar ratio of refined naphthalene to concentrated sulfuric acid was controlled at 1:1.02, and the temperature of the water was controlled at 135 ℃, when the rearrangement temperature is controlled at 155 ℃ and the condensation acid value is controlled at 21%-23%, the conversion rate of raw materials can be improved, the energy consumption can be reduced, and the emission of pollutants can be reduced, thus the product quality can be improved.
