Use | Uses this product is used to mix black salt ANS, black salt G and black salt K at 40: 60 to mix black salt ANS. For cotton, viscose fabric printing, and phenol as coupling, easy to draw. |
This product can be managed according to general industrial chemicals. When using it, gloves and protective glasses should be worn to avoid direct contact with the skin and eyes. If it gets on the skin, rinse with water and soap. Place in a cool and dry warehouse to prevent exposure to sunlight and rain.
1. Add 1000kg of water to the dissolution pot, stir and add 95kg of 2-amino-4-methylphenyl ether. Stir at 40 ℃ for 1 hour. Filter and transfer the filtrate to the coupling reaction tank. Add water to adjust the temperature to 8-10 ℃.
2. In addition, 180kg of 4,4 '- diaminodianiline sulfate and 70kg of sodium nitrite were added to the diazotization reactor, dissolved in water, cooled to 0-5 ℃, and 110kg of 30% hydrochloric acid was added dropwise. Perform diazotization reaction. After the reaction reaches the endpoint, add 300kg of sodium acetate and prepare a sodium acetate solution of 4,4 '- diaminodiphenyl diazonium solution for later use.
3. Drop the backup solution into the coupling cylinder at 8-10 ℃, and maintain a pH value of 5-6 during the coupling reaction. After the reaction reaches the endpoint, add hydrochloric acid to adjust the pH value to 2-3. Add another 30% hydrochloric acid 196kg. Cool to 0~5 ℃, add 420kg of 10% sodium nitrite solution dropwise, and after dripping, react at around 5 ℃ for 2 hours. Then transfer to a standing tank, add 60kg of activated clay and stir for 1 hour to decolorize. Let stand for 2 hours, filter, and transfer the filtrate to a double salt tank.
4. Add 450kg of 20% zinc chloride aqueous solution dropwise to the above filtrate, stir for 0.5h, and salt out with table salt. Filter, mix the filter cake with 1.4 times anhydrous sodium sulfate for 1 hour, vacuum dry, and crush to obtain black salt.
