Add 1000kg of solvent methoxyethylacetate to the condensation kettle, start stirring, and add 134kg of para benzaldehyde and 560kg of 2- (diethylphosphonylmethyl) benzonitrile. Stir well and add 500kg of 30% sodium methoxide methanol solution. React at 50 ℃ for 4 hours, cool to below 20 ℃, and add salt for crystallization. Centrifuge separation, wash the filter cake with water, and filter to obtain the crude product. Recrystallize to yellow green crystals. Grind the pure product, leveling agent, and an appropriate amount of water together to form a 10% suspension to obtain the fluorescent whitening agent ER product.

After stirring well, add 500kg 30% of sodium methoxide methanol solution, react at 50 ℃ for 4 h, cool to below 20 ℃, add food salting out crystal. Centrifugal separation, washing the filter cake with water, and filtering to obtain coarse products. Recrystallization results in yellow-green crystals. The pure product, leveling agent and appropriate amount of water are ground together to prepare a 10% suspension to obtain a fluorescent whitening agent ER product.
