Raw material processing take healthy animals fresh or frozen brain, minced, spread in aluminum plate, temperature to 80-85 ℃, blast dry. After drying, it is broken into small pieces and stored in an airtight container.
Extraction Weigh 28kg of brain stem, place it in a covered stainless steel barrel, add 80L of distilled water, place it in a high-pressure disinfection cabinet for 19602kPa hot pressing extraction, keep the temperature for 2 hours, filter the brain residue with double gauze, store the filtrate, add 40L of distilled water to the brain residue, extract it again as above, filter it, and merge the filtrates twice.
Precipitate acidic protein, take combined filtrate, add 1kg of medicinal phenol, adjust pH3.5-3.6 with hydrochloric acid, and place it in a high-pressure disinfection cabinet at 117.72kPa for 1h. Immediately after cooling, set 0-5 ℃ cold storage for 5-7 days.
Precipitated alkaline protein filters the precipitated liquid, adjusts the pH7.0 with 50% sodium hydroxide for the clarified liquid, measures the volume, adds 0.3% activated carbon according to the volume, stirs and adsorbs at 100 ℃ for 30min, filters, adjusts the pH 7.2±0.1 of the filtrate, presses 1.2kg/cm2 for 1h, and settles in a cold storage at 0-5 ℃ for 24h. After 5th blow and funnel filtration, potting, sterilization at 100 ℃ for 30min, the finished product is obtained.
