Put equimolar lauric acid and ethylenediamine into the reaction kettle, heat and melt, vacuum, and dehydrate under reduced pressure. The reaction temperature was maintained at 120~140 ℃, the acylation product N-lauryl-hydroxyethylenediamine was pumped into the addition kettle, methyl acrylate was added dropwise at 25~30 ℃, and the molar ratio of dropwise to lauric acid was 1.1: 1 within 1 h. After dropping, continue the reaction for 5 h. After standing overnight, excess methyl acrylate was steamed out at 2 kPa 60°C. The addition product is then driven into the high-level slot. Then, sodium hydroxide with the same molar number of methyl acrylate is added to the neutralization kettle, and water is added to dissolve it. Under heating and reflux, the above addition products are added dropwise for hydrolysis, and finally the pH value is adjusted to about 8.0 to evaporate methanol and products.
