After refining the acrylic ester and chloroprene, pre mix them. Then, add 3/5 of the total monomer mixture to a polymerization kettle already filled with deionized water and emulsifier. Heat to a certain temperature and add the initiator dropwise. Control the temperature at 80-90 ℃. When the temperature drops, add the remaining monomers and stir at 80-90 ℃ for 2 hours after adding. Reduce pressure to remove unreacted monomers, cool, filter, and obtain finished products.
The acrylate and chloroprene are refined and pre-mixed, and then 3/5 of the total monomer mixture is added to the polymerization kettle equipped with deionized water and emulsifier, and the initiator is added dropwise after heating to a certain temperature, and the temperature is controlled at 80~90 ℃. When the temperature drops, add the remaining monomer. After adding, stir at 80~90 ℃ for 2 hours. Unreacted monomers are removed under reduced pressure. Cooling, filtering, getting the finished product.
