50kg of butadiene, 48kg of styrene, and 2kg of methacrylic acid were added to the reaction vessel respectively. 140kg of water and 2kg of cationic surfactant were added under stirring. After stirring well, 0.03kg of ion termination agent, 0.1kg of potassium persulfate, and 0.5kg of molecular weight regulator were added. The temperature was raised to 60 ℃ and the reaction time was 12 hours. After removing unreacted monomers, the product is dehydrated under reduced pressure and discharged with a solid content of about 50%.
