Biological activity | Psoralidin is isolated from Psoralea corylifolia seeds and is a dual inhibitor of COX-2 and 5-LOX. It has anti-cancer, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects. Psoralidin significantly down-regulated NOTCH1 signaling. Psoralidin also greatly induced ROS production. |
