Abstract:
two kinds of amino acids N-acetyl-L-tyrosine and L-tryptophan in 18 kinds of compound amino acid injection were quantitatively studied by HPLC: alltmac C18 column, mobile phase: pH 7.3 phosphate buffer-methanol (90:10), detection wavelength 276nm, flow rate 0.6ml/min, the results showed that the concentration of 14.5~72.7 μg/ml showed a good linear relationship, the correlation coefficient r = 0.9999,RSD = 1.3%, the average recovery rate was 99.88%.

Abstract:
two pure chiral complexes {[Co(acty)(bpp)) were synthesized by solution method using chiral ligand N-acetyl-L-tyrosine (Hacty) and cobalt salt 2(H2O)2](NO3)· 2H2O}n(1) and {[Co2(acty)2(bpe)3(H2O)3](Cl O4)2 · 4H2O}n(2)(bpp = 1,3-(4-pyridine) propane, bpe = 1,2-(4-pyridine) ethane), and they were elemental analysis (EA), infrared spectroscopy (IR), Ultraviolet Spectroscopy (UV), thermogravimetric (TG), powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD). And X-ray single crystal diffraction determination. Complex 1 belongs to the monoclinic P21 space group, the six coordination of Co (II) ions by the bpp ligand to form a one-dimensional right hand helix chain structure. Complex 2 belongs to the three triclinic P1 space group, the six coordination of the binuclear Co (II) ions by the bpe ligand to form a one-dimensional band chain structure. Under the action of hydrogen bonds, they all form three-dimensional supramolecular structures. The effects of N-containing auxiliary ligands with different configurations on the structure of the complexes are discussed in depth. In addition, circular dichroism (CD) spectra of two chiral complexes were measured.
