Abstract:
The nano-ceramics developed in the mid-Eighties greatly improve the superplasticity and strength of the material, and have an important influence on the electrical, thermal, magnetic and optical properties of the material, it has opened up a new field for the use of materials, and has become one of the hot spots in the research of materials science.
