Bulnesol inhibits the activity of Fusarium moniliforme with an EC50 value of 0.6 mg/mL. Bulnesol can be used for the research of fungal infection. Bulnesol (0.5 mg/mL 48 h) inhibits 35.2%, 20.8% and 41.2% activity of F. solani, F. oxysporum and F. moniliforme, respectively[1]. Bulnesol (0.1 mg/mL 48 h) inhibits 7% and 15% activity of F. solani and F. moniliforme, respectively[1].
