104530-80-5 - Introduction
(S)-3-Aminotetrahydrofuran is an organic compound with the chemical formula C5H11NO. It is a cyclic compound with amine group and has special structure and properties.
For tosylate,(S)-3-aminotetrahydrofuran can be used as an optically active reagent for catalytic asymmetric synthesis reactions. It has excellent catalytic properties and can selectively catalyze the production of optically active compounds at room temperature.
In order to prepare (S)-3-aminotetrahydrofuran, a common method is obtained by catalytic hydrogenation. First, the toluene sulfonate salt and a suitable catalyst (e. g., platinum, palladium, etc.) are added to the reaction solvent, and the catalytic hydrogenation reaction is carried out under suitable reaction conditions to produce (S)-3-aminotetrahydrofuran.
Regarding safety information, in view of the characteristics of chemicals, the following should be paid attention to during operation:
