2,4, 5-Trichloro-7H-pyrrole [2,3-D] pyrimidine is an organic compound with the following properties and uses:

-melting point: 128-130 ℃
-Boiling point: 395 ℃
-Solubility: Slightly soluble in water, soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol, ether, etc.
Use:
- 2,4, 5-trichloro-7H-pyrrole [2,3-D] pyrimidine is a broad-spectrum herbicide that can be used to control the growth of annual and perennial weeds.
-It has good weeding effect on weeds such as broken rice grass, amaranth grass, dandelion and wormwood.
Preparation Method:
The common preparation of 2,4, 5-trichloro-7H-pyrrole [2,3-D] pyrimidine is obtained by reacting pyrrole [2,3-D] pyrimidine with chlorofluoroketone. The specific preparation method is as follows:
1. Mix pyrrole [2,3-D] pyrimidine and chlorofluoroketone in solvent.
2. Control the reaction temperature and time to allow the reaction to proceed.
3. Filter the product and wash it with cold water to dissolve the impurities.
4. Further purification of the product.
