| production method | is obtained by condensation of glycine. Glycine and ethylenediamine are mixed at 1:5, stirred and heated, reacted at 174-176 ℃ for 50min, then placed in an ice chamber for over recognition, filtered out crystals, washed with methanol, and dried to obtain glycyl anhydride. It can also be prepared by condensation of glycine in dehydrated glycerol. |
