Preparation Method:
The preparation method of 1-benzhydryl-4-(2-hydroxyethyl) piperazine dihydrochloride can be achieved by the following steps:
1. Dissolve 1-benzhydryl-4-(2-hydroxyethyl) piperazine in dichloromethane.
2. hydrochloric acid is added to react to generate 1-diphenylmethyl -4-(2-hydroxyethyl) piperazine dihydrochloride.
3. The solid product was filtered and washed with cold ether.
4. After the crystals were isolated and dried, the pure product was obtained.
