production method	its preparation method is to dissolve 50g 1,3-dimethyl -5-phenoxy -4-aldehyde pyrazole (unrefined) into 200mL methanol, add 16g hydroxylamine hydrochloride, add 16g(82%) potassium hydroxide and 50mL water solution under stirring, react at 60 ℃ for 1h, distill under reduced pressure to remove methanol and cool, add water, filter, wash and dry to obtain 45.3g of product.
