| Production method | Using 2,4-bis (o-tolyloxy) aniline, H acid and p-toluenesulfonyl chloride as raw materials, first H acid Condensation with p-toluenesulfonyl chloride, then diazotization of 2,4-bis (o-tolyloxy) aniline, and then coupling with the aforementioned condensate to obtain the product. The finished product is filtered, dried and crushed.. 12.8kg H acid (40.8%), 1.2kg of sodium carbonate (80.65%) and 7.5kg of water were stirred and dissolved into a condensation kettle, the temperature was raised to 50 ℃, then calcium carbonate and p-toluenesulfonyl chloride (the total amount of 2.2kg of calcium carbonate and 8kg of p-toluenesulfonyl chloride respectively) were added in several times, the temperature was controlled to 50-70 ℃, and the reaction was 4 hours. Then 17kg of water and 5.1kg of sodium carbonate (80.65%) were added for reflux reaction for 2h, the insoluble matter was filtered out while hot, and the filtrate was used for coupling reaction. Add 60kg of ice water and 6.5kg of hydrochloric acid (30%) to a diazo kettle, cool to 2 ℃, then add an ethanol solution of 2,4-bis (o-tolyloxy) aniline cooled to 10 ℃ [prepared from 4.58kg,2,4-bis (o-tolyloxy) aniline (100%) and 6kg of ethanol (95%)], at the same time, add 4kg of sodium nitrite solution (30%) that has been cooled to 10 ℃, add it within 1h, keep the temperature at 2-7 ℃, and react for 2h after adding. Add all condensation filtrate, 100kg of ice water and 8kg of sodium carbonate (80.6%) into the coupling kettle, cool to 8 ℃, slowly add the filtered diazonium solution, add it for about 3 hours, and maintain 8-13 ℃. After adding, react at 10 ℃ for 2h. Then raise the temperature to 70 ℃, add refined salt for salting out, cool to 20 ℃ for filtration, and dry at 80 ℃ to obtain 16-17kg of dye. |
