Preparation Method:
- ABTS is usually prepared by the reaction of aniline and phenol. Specific steps are as follows:
1. mix aniline and phenol in an equimolar ratio
2. Heat the reaction mixture in an appropriate solvent
3. The product of the reaction is ABTS
4. The product can be purified by crystallization and filtration
Safety Information:
- ABTS has a certain degree of irritation to the human body, and may cause irritation and redness when in contact with the skin and eyes. Therefore, appropriate personal protective equipment should be worn during operation to avoid direct contact
