They are used in conjunction with phthalate plasticizers, it can improve the toughness and weather resistance of the product, and can improve the tensile strength when used in polyvinyl chloride film. |
| preparation | 76.5g(0.5mol) of phosphorus oxychloride (first, phosphorus oxychloride is put into a preheater for preheating, the preheating temperature is 50-60 ℃, 0.75g (1% of phosphorus oxychloride weight) and 94g(1mol) of phenol are added at the same time of preheating, and the reaction tower temperature is 118-120 ℃, the vacuum degree is 70 ~ 75KPa. The obtained crude diphenyl isooctyl phosphate is washed with 3% sodium hydroxide solution in the reaction kettle, washed and layered with water, distilled to 100 ℃ under reduced pressure, and the vacuum degree is 70 ~ 75KPa to obtain the finished diphenyl isooctyl phosphate with a yield of 90%. |
