1. with 6-chloro-7-fluoroquinoline as the starting material, it reacts with potassium bromide in ammonia solution to generate 6-bromo-7-chloroquinoline.
2. 6-bromo-7-chloroquinoline is reacted with silver fluoride in dichloromethane to obtain 6-bromo-7-fluoroquinoline.
