Use tricyclohexyltin hydroxide is an acaricide tricyclic tin, and is also an important intermediate in the synthesis of another acaricide variety triazole tin.
It is used to prevent mite pests and their larvae on plants such as kernel fruit, tomato, cucumber, raspberry, strawberry, chrysanthemum, potted flower, apple and pear. It has excellent control effect on a wide range of feeding mites.
It is a broad-spectrum acaricide with strong Contact killing effect, suitable for apple, citrus, grape, pear, Hawthorn, peach, tea tree, flower, cotton and other crops
production method Its preparation method is tricyclohexyltin chloride as raw material, reaction with sodium hydroxide, formation of sodium chloride and tricyclohexyl tin hydroxide, after separation and drying product tricyclohexyl tin hydroxide. Selection of specific solvent with catalyst for synthesis of tricyclohexyl tin hydroxide, can improve the purity of the product, improve the appearance. For example, 300g of tricyclohexyltin chloride, 200ml of solvent and 0.5g of catalyst are added to a 1000ml four-mouth bottle equipped with a stirrer, a thermometer, a reflux condenser and an addition funnel, stirred and heated to reflux, 15% sodium hydroxide solution was added dropwise within 1H, and Reflux reaction was continued for 3h after addition. The mixture was cooled to room temperature, filtered and dried to obtain 96.7%. 3g of a white powder having a tricyclohexyltin hydroxide content of 92% (liquid chromatography).
