Selection of specific solvent with catalyst for synthesis of tricyclohexyl tin hydroxide, can improve the purity of the product, improve the appearance. For example, 300g of tricyclohexyltin chloride, 200ml of solvent and 0.5g of catalyst are added to a 1000ml four-mouth bottle equipped with a stirrer, a thermometer, a reflux condenser and an addition funnel, stirred and heated to reflux, 15% sodium hydroxide solution was added dropwise within 1H, and Reflux reaction was continued for 3h after addition.
