Fmoc-L-Allylglycine is an amino acid derivative with the following properties:
1. Appearance: colorless to light yellow crystalline powder.

Fmoc-L-Allylglycine have the following uses in the synthesis of peptides and proteins:
1. Peptide synthesis: as a peptide synthesis in the use of a protecting group, can protect the amino and carboxyl functional groups of amino acids.
2. Storage stability: As a protecting group in solid-phase synthesis, it can improve the stability of the peptide chain, reduce its degradation and control side reactions.
3. Fluorescent probe: Fmoc-L-Allylglycine can also be used as a fluorescent probe in the study of protein structure and function.
The preparation method of Fmoc-L-Allylglycine is mainly divided into two steps:
