Method:
ETHYL L 4-CHLORO-6, prepared by reacting quinoline with hydrogen chloride to generate quinoline chloride, and then reacting with hydrogen fluoride to generate quinoline fluoride. Finally, the fluoride is reacted with ethyl formate to give the final product.
