| Preparation | Using 2-pyrrolidone as raw material, it is treated with dimethyl sulfate and triethyl oxyfluoroborate respectively to obtain 2-methoxypyrroline and 2-ethoxy-1-pyrroline, the product and the same amount of N-bromosuccinimide (NBS) were refluxed in carbon tetrachloride solvent to obtain 3-bromo-2-alkoxy -1-pyrroline, and the yield of this step could reach 45 ~ 50%. The brominated product is prone to ring-opening reaction to generate γ-amino-bromobutyric acid under dilute hydrochloric acid treatment, and after recrystallization and purification, it is added to the hot alkali solution to react to obtain L-azacyclobutane -2-carboxylic acid. |
