| introduction | 2,5-difluorophenylhydrazine hydrochloride is a key intermediate for preparing a new herbicide azolidone oxalate. azolidone oxalate (Carfentrazone-ethyl) is a triazolinone contact herbicide developed by FMC company in the United States, it has the characteristics of low toxicity, low dosage, fast weeding, wide herbicidal spectrum, good selectivity and not easy to produce resistance. The herbicidal effect is better than that of conventional herbicides such as sulfonylurea. |
| preparation | 2, 5-difluoroaniline is used as raw material, glacial acetic acid is used as cosolvent in 3 times the amount of concentrated hydrochloric acid, and PEG-400 with 3% raw material quality is added as phase transfer catalyst, diazotization reaction was carried out with raw material 1.05 times the molar amount of sodium nitrite (prepared into aqueous solution) -5~0 ℃ for 1 h; 2, 5-difluorophenylhydrazine hydrochloride was prepared by acidification reaction with concentrated hydrochloric acid at 85 ℃ for 2 h with sodium bisulfite as reducing agent; finally, 2, 5-difluorophenylhydrazine hydrochloride can be obtained by alkaline hydrolysis of 2, 5-difluorophenylhydrazine with content ≥ 96%( HPLC) and yield ≥ 74% (calculated as 2, 5-difluorophenylhydrazine). |
