Chemical properties light yellow to brown flake crystals. Soluble in dichloromethane, acetone, soluble in benzene, carbon tetrachloride, ethyl acetate, ethanol, slightly soluble in gasoline, insoluble in water.
Use after-effect rapid vulcanization accelerator.
Use as a quick after-effect vulcanization accelerator, long scorching time, good operation safety
It is used as a aftereffect vulcanization accelerator, with low activity, large deductility, short vulcanization time, excellent scorch resistance, safe processing, easy to disperse, no frost spraying, slight discoloration, and suitable for natural rubber and synthetic rubber. Mainly used in the manufacture of industrial rubber products such as tires, hoses, rubber shoes, and conveyor belts.
