| introduction | 2-amino-6-fluoropyridine is an organic intermediate, which can be prepared by nucleophilic substitution reaction between 2, 6-difluoropyridine and ammonia. There are reports that it can be used to prepare 2-fluoro-3, 6-dihydroxypyridine. 2-Fluoro-3, 6-dihydroxypyridine is a new type of fluorine-containing pyridine compound. Fluoropyridine compounds have the advantages of low dosage, low toxicity, high efficacy and strong metabolic ability, and are widely used in synthetic antibiotics, drugs for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, agricultural pesticides, fungicides and herbicides. |
| preparation | 2, 6-difluoropyridine (50g,434mmol) ammonium hydroxide (200mL,28.0-30.0%) solution was heated in a steel sealed tube at 105 ℃ for 15 hours. The reactants were cooled in an ice bath, the precipitate was filtered, rinsed with cold water, and dried to obtain 2-amino-6-fluoropyridine (45.8g,94% yield) as a white solid. |
