Cefitorenpiproxil has a broad antibacterial spectrum against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. |
| synthesis method | we have designed a new process for synthesizing ethyl 4-methylthiazol-5-formate with ethyl 2-chloroacetoacetate as starting material. its main characteristics are as follows:(1) using ammonium thiocyanate and ethyl 2-chloroacetoacetate to prepare ethyl 4-methylthiazol-5-formate, the problems of low yield, complex operation and large amount of waste liquid caused by diazotization reaction and multi-step reaction in the traditional process are avoided;(2) Solvent-free reaction is realized, which greatly simplifies the solvent recovery and treatment process and reduces the cost.
