Method:
- pth-A-aminoisobutyric acid can be prepared by one of the following methods:
1. Mix L-α-aminoisobutyric acid and protective agent and react, then obtain PTH-L-α-aminoisobutyric acid by alkylation reaction, and finally convert it into pth-A-aminoisobutyric acid by deprotecting group reaction.
2. Mix D-α-aminoisobutyric acid with protective agent and react, then PTH-D-α-aminoisobutyric acid is obtained by acid hydrolysis and deprotection reaction, and finally converted into pth-A-aminoisobutyric acid under the catalysis of alkali.
