| application | can be used for recovery of a failed alkaline copper-containing etching solution, which at least includes the following steps: a. adding oxidant to the failed alkaline copper-containing etching solution and reacting at room temperature for 8-10min; B, adding diethyl dithiocarbamate ammonium to the failed alkaline copper-containing etching solution to obtain brown precipitate; C, placing the brown precipitate in container 2, add ammonia water to the container 2 until the brown precipitate is completely dissolved to obtain a blue precipitate; d, place the blue precipitate in the container 3, add sulfuric acid solution to the container 3 until the precipitate is completely dissolved, and continuously stir; e, heat the solution to obtain blue crystals. |
