UseUses Heptene phosphorus is a new type of organophosphorus insecticide developed in the 1970s. It has disinfection, contact and strong systemic activity. It is used to control and kill bean aphids, and it is also used to control fruit trees and vegetable aphids. Its most prominent characteristics are high efficiency, short holding effect and low residue, so it is most suitable for pest control near harvest. In addition, it is also an effective control agent for ectoparasites such as pigs, dogs, cattle, sheep, and rabbits.

23560-59-0 - Production method

1. preparation of dichloroacetyl chloride add dichloroacetic acid to the reaction bottle, add phthalyl chloride dropwise under heating, add it dropwise, raise the temperature and fractionate, and collect the fraction at 106-110 ℃. Preparation of 2.7, 7-Dichlorobicyclo [3.2.0] hept-2-ene-6-one A solution composed of dichloroacetyl chloride, fresh depolymerization of cyclopentadiene and pentane is mixed in a reaction bottle. The pentane solution of triethylamine was stirred under nitrogen and heated reflux was slowly added dropwise. After adding, reflux for a few hours to get milky white liquid. Add distilled water to dissolve triethylamine hydrochloride. The water layer is separated, the water layer is extracted with pentane, and the organic layer is combined. After drying, filtering, and evaporating pentane and excess cyclopentadiene, a viscous orange liquid is obtained. Distilled under reduced pressure, and a fraction of 66-68 ℃(0.267kPa) is collected. 3. Preparation of heptene phosphorus 7,7-dichlorobicyclo [3.2.0] hept-2-ene-6-one and trimethyl phosphite are added to the reaction bottle, heated to an appropriate temperature and then kept warm for several hours, and then distilled under reduced pressure to collect the fraction at 128-130 ℃(0.53kPa) to obtain the result. Formulated into 40% wettable powder or 25% and 50% emulsion.
