TLC detects and combines the same components until all the target components flow out, compound A (ecdysone), impurity-containing compound B (vicenin -2) and impurity-containing compound C (xiapotalin) were obtained. The impurity-containing compound B (vicenin -2) and the impurity-containing compound C (xiapotalin) were further separated and purified by silica gel column respectively, and the elution system was made of ethyl acetate-methanol-water, and the ratio was ethyl acetate: methanol: water ≈ 8:1:1 (which can be adjusted according to the specific conditions of TLC on this basis).
