| Use | 1-benzoyl-4-piperidone is an organic intermediate that can be used to prepare perpiperazine. Perpiperazine and its derivatives are important pharmaceutical intermediates and fine chemical raw materials with a wide range of applications. |
| preparation | 4-piperidone hydrochloride hydrate (7.68kg) and potassium carbonate (20.7kg) are added with water (50 liters) at 0 ℃, after stirring evenly, dichloromethane (40 liters) is added, and then methoxycarbonyl succinimide (12.4kg) dichloromethane (80 liters) solution is added dropwise, reaction at room temperature for two hours. The reaction liquid is separated, the water layer is extracted with dichloromethane (2 × 15 liters), the organic phase is combined, and the anhydrous sodium sulfate is dried and concentrated to obtain 11.5kg of colorless oily 1-benzoyl-4-piperidone. |
