Trifluorochloropropene can be used to prepare 2,3,3, 3-tetrafluoropropene. Hydrofluoroolefins 2,3,3, 3-tetrafluoropropene (HFO-1234yf), as a single refrigerant, has excellent environmental parameters, such as GWP = 4,ODP = 0, life span (LCCP) lower than HFC-134a, and system performance better than HFC-134a. More importantly, as a new generation of refrigerant, HFO-1234yf can be applied to automobile MAC systems, and automobile manufacturers do not need to replace on-board systems. HFO-1234yf is considered to be the best substitute for the new generation of automobile refrigerants, and its application scope is gradually being popularized. Among them, the main routes with industrial practical value are: first synthesize trifluorochloropropene (HCFO-1233xf), then convert it into 2-chloro-1, 1,1, 2-tetrafluoropropane (HCFC-244bb) by liquid phase method or gas phase method, and then produce HFO-1234yf by gas phase catalytic fluorination. The intermediate product 2-chloro-3, 3, 3-trifluoropropene can be prepared by fluorination of 1,1,1,2, 3-pentachloropropane; or by ethylene and carbon tetrachloride into the polymerization, liquid phase Chlorination, fluorination and other processes.
