| use | used to produce chlorpromazine, paper treatment aid, gasoline additive, resin curing agent, etc. 3-Dimethylamino-1-propanol is chlorinated with thionyl chloride to obtain 1-chloro-3-dimethylaminopropane hydrochloride ([5407-04-5]). Add the dried toluene into the reaction pot, start dropping 3-dimethylamino-1-propanol and thionyl chloride at room temperature, and keep the temperature at 50-60 ℃. After dropping, slowly raise the temperature to 95-96 ℃, which takes about 2 hours. After the reaction is over, it is cooled and separated to obtain 1-chloro-3-dimethylaminopropane hydrochloride. used as pharmaceutical raw materials, can also be used as paper processing additives, gasoline additives, etc. |
